Do I Need to Be Home During the Service?
No — as long as we have safe access to the yard and your dogs are secure, you do not need to be home for your scheduled clean-up service.
What Happens If My Service Day Falls on a Public Holiday?
If your scheduled service falls on a public holiday, we may reschedule your visit to the closest available day. We’ll always do our best to keep interruptions minimal.
Can You Clean Large Blocks or Acreage Properties?
Yes. We service everything from small residential yards through to larger lifestyle properties. Pricing may vary depending on yard size and the number of dogs.
What If My Grass Is Long?
We recommend keeping grass reasonably maintained for the best results. Long or overgrown grass can make dog waste harder to locate and may affect the quality of the clean-up.
Do You Service Rental Properties?
Yes. We provide dog waste removal services for rental homes, investment properties, and end-of-lease clean-ups across Bacchus Marsh, Melton, Sunbury, Ballan, Gisborne, Manor Lakes, Eynesbury, and surrounding areas.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Scheduled services are invoiced at the end of your current month and prepaid for the following month. One-off clean-ups are due and payable on the day of service. We accept credit card payments with no processing fees, cash, and bank deposit.
Are Your Services Contract-Free?
Yes. Scoop Force is a prepaid, no-contract service. You can pause or cancel at any time.
Can I Skip a Scheduled Visit?
Yes. If you need to skip a visit due to travel or other reasons, just provide notice before your scheduled service day. route.
Do You Offer One-Off Clean-Ups?
Yes. Alongside our regular weekly and fortnightly pooper scooper services, we also offer one-off yard clean-ups when needed.
